Our hypnogram displays your time in deep sleep, light sleep, REM, and awake across the night. In the center you’ll see your overall sleep score, plus when you fell asleep and woke up.
Sleep Efficiency
Your sleep efficiency score measures how much time in bed you spent sleeping vs. awake.
Sleep Stages
Get a quick view of your sleep stage distribution (awake, light, deep, REM), by both % and time.
