What’s EEG?
Electroencephalogram (EEG) technology reads patterns of electricity in your brain (AKA your brainwaves). EEG works like a microphone, receiving data without emitting anything.
What’s tACS?
Transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) is a type of transcranial electrical stimulation (tES). It emits low-level electrical waves in specific frequencies to enhance unique brain states, like sleep.
